Background of HKRITA

The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel (HKRITA), supported by the Innovation and Technology Commission, is an independent organisation operating under the auspices of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The objective of HKRITA is to support the continual development of technologies to enhance the competitiveness of the textile and clothing industries. HKRITA aims to foster research and development on related technologies through the synergistic collaboration of industry, research institutes and academia and to facilitate the commercialisation and application of the R & D outputs generated from the projects.

Terms and Conditions

Declaration of the Applicant

1.	The applicant declares that all information provided is correct.

2.	The applicant reserves the right of terminating the membership by giving no less than 14 days' written notice to the Marketing Team of HKRITA.

User Agreement

Once you become a HKRITA member, you shall receive a Member Login username and a password for your online account. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your Login username, password and any other information of your account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your online account. You are able to change your password online any time.

Personal Information Collection Statement

The membership data will be only used by the HKRITA for membership related purposes such as production of the Members’ Directory, sending out circulars and publications, conducting surveys, or other directly related activities in print or on-line format. If you wish to make alternative arrangement or not to receive certain information, please inform us in writing. HKRITA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
