Welcome On Board Two new colleagues joined the HKRITA over the last few months. Ms Becky Leung, Administrative Assistant, says, “I am glad to join the institute. It is an organisation of colleagues with different backgrounds. I believe all staff members will work well together and I can learn from them.
“I am honoured and delighted to work in HKRITA, a growing and dynamic organisation with a nice working atmosphere. Working here allows me to learn more about accounting and control in a R&D institute. I am happy to embrace such an opportunity,” says Ms Cherry Yiu, Assistant Accountant.
Vacancies for graduates and the student membership scheme are introduced
Together We Can: HKRITA in Job Fair 2009 To support graduate appointments, HKRITA took part in the “Together We Can” campaign organised by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A booth was set in the campus podium during the Job Fair on 19 and 20 March 2009 to introduce HKRITA’s full time and part time openings for students. Also promoted was HKRITA’s student membership scheme which enables them to keep abreast of the research development of the textiles and clothing industry. In addition, HKRITA’s profile and job vancancies have been uploaded to the Virtual Job Fair website established by PolyU.
