HKRITA has commercialised two more technologies for industry application:

The O-blanket is awarded a silver medal in the 43rd International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva

O-blanket - Phototherapy Device for Neonatal Jaundice is a soft and air-permeable blanket, made of side-emitting polymer optical fibre and yarns, which provides whole-body treatment for neonatal jaundice. This technology received a silver medal in the 43rd International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva.

Smart Orthopedic Device is developed for patients with stroke or cerebral palsy to correct drop-foot or plantar flexion deformity. The device is made of smart yarns and textiles, as well as textile composites with an electroactive shape memory function.

ITMA, the International Exhibition of Textile Machinery, is one of the world's most established textile and garment machinery exhibition.
