The project would like to design high performance cushions to protect the Boccia athletes during the trainings and competitions. Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPCSAPD) is authorized to select Hong Kong Team members to participate in the Paralympic Games, World & Regional Games and Championships which are sanctioned by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). All athletes representing Hong Kong are under hard training day by day in order to strive for sporting excellence. The cushion could provide extra stability; relieve the pressure; and support the whole body of athletes. By collaborating with HKPCSAPD, wear trials would be conducted. Their feedback and comments would be analyzed.
