The current apparel supply chain lack effective and low cost quality management platform to categorize, and digitize product defects information efficiently. No integrative way to analysis and report systematic product quality problems to senior management. Product quality knowledge cannot be retained due to high turnover rate of quality control staff. Therefore, this research project propose to develop a cloud-service platform, and making use of network connected tablet devices that have intuitive touch interface to capture, highlight, and upload product defects information for analysis and management.
