Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the appointee will be required to:
- oversee all social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, and Podcasts);
- develop and execute content calendars for specific project or product campaigns and target audiences;
- craft, refine, and schedule engaging multimedia content for daily dissemination to enhance audience engagement and maintain brand tone and visual identity;
- monitor, analyse, and report on content and social media performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and achieve key performance indicators;
- manage comments and direct messages to foster strong community engagement and uphold brand image;
- lead design and multimedia support by creating digital and print marketing materials to effectively communicate project value and support marketing initiatives;
- work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities and content align with organisational guidelines and the latest project developments;
- liaise with contractors and vendors for the design and production of promotional materials and equipment;
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of all ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure accurate and effective marketing communications;
- provide administrative support for marketing activities, including report preparation, etc;
- assist in any marketing or publicity event; and
- perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A recognised degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field;
- At least three years of relevant working experience, with experience in marketing or corporate communications will be an advantage;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Knowledge of content management for website, social media and its tracking tools;
- A good team player with good organisation skills, outgoing and adaptable to change;
- Able to work independently and under tight schedule;
- Proficiency in IT applications, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrators, Canva, MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
- Experience with photo and video shooting is an advantage
