Job Description

Reporting to the Facilities Management Manager, the appointee will be required to:

  • execute office operations and administrative support including vendors management; maintenance of equipment and supply order and delivery;
  • monitor the implementation of policies and procedures on office operations;
  • provide support to the HKRITA internal meetings and activities;
  • liaise with external and internal parties to ensure a smooth operation within HKRITA’s premises;
  • assist in facilities and property management, and support office relocation and renovation projects;
  • plan, implement and co-ordinate with internal users for various administration projects; and
  • perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 



Requirements

  • A recognized degree in Business Administration, Language or a related discipline;
  • At least five or more years of relevant experience in administrative functions, solid experience in dealing with vendors and building management, with experience in government departments or public organizations being an advantage; 
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility as well as good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure; 
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing; 
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage; and
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
