Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the appointee will be required to:

  • support the development and execution of corporate branding and integrated marketing strategies to enhance HKRITA's corporate image;
  • plan and implement PR and publicity campaigns across local, Chinese Mainland, and international markets;
  • manage media relations and corporate communications, translating complex technical content into clear, engaging messages;
  • develop and edit corporate materials, including publications, marketing collateral, and official correspondence;
  • coordinate marketing events and liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery;
  • assist in project management and prepare media and publicity reports;
  • provide support for marketing initiatives; and
  • perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in Communications, Public Relations, Translation or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of editorial experience, preferably in public organisations or large-sized multinational corporations;
  • A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
  • A self-motivated and energetic team player with an outgoing personality, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently;
  • Highly-organised, open minded and capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignment;
  • Proficient in MS Office, Access, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and website management software; and
  • Travel to the Chinese Mainland and overseas is required.
