Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the appointee will be required to:

  • Handle participation in overseas exhibitions, coordinating setup plans, logistics, onsite operations, lead generation, and brand presentation;
  • Arrange and host local visits for industry groups and key business partners, showing off our research work and building good relationships;
  • Handle and reply to enquiries from partners, stakeholders, and visitors effectively and professionally;
  • Manage corporate souvenirs—from ideas to sourcing—to fit the brand, budget and events;
  • Keep the database up to date, track key business partners activities, and help create personal outreach to grow partnerships;
  • Create and send targeted eDMs, plus manage subscriber lists, to keep leads engaged and support business growth;
  • Support the maintenance of corporate website, and assist social media, including reporting and analysis;
  • Assist in developing impactful B2B presentations and cooperative marketing plans to strengthen customer engagement;
  • Coordinate internal promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and product launch activities; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

A recognised degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing or a related field;

  • At least three years of relevant working experience, with experience in marketing or corporate communications will be an advantage;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Knowledge of content management for website, social media and its tracking tools such as GA;
  • A good team player with good organisation skills, outgoing and adaptable to change; 
  • Able to work independently and under tight schedule; 
  • Proficiency in IT applications, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrators, MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
  • Occasional overseas travel required for exhibition support.
