Artificial Intelligent Platform for Sales and Customer Support in the New Era - Apparel Retail Applications
We propose to design and develop an Intelligent Information/Knowledge-Based System (IIKBS) Platform for sales and customer support. The proposed prototype system platform is aimed to convert the online/offline data and information via AI-powered technology to a valued knowledge base in the omnichannel. This platform is used to support the apparel domain expert to build and manage the content in the knowledge-based system based on the consolidated knowledge from both external and internal data sources, improve the knowledge base proactively and continuously through the usage of the existing knowledge and users’ feedbacks, and assist online/offline sales representative, customer service staff or virtual apparel shopping assistant (chatbot) to handle different enquiries from customers in omnichannel.
This project offers a new communication solution for the digital era as it is common that customers ask questions about products and services through omnichannel. By upgrading their service, apparel companies and customers can switch between multiple channels.
