High-antiviral /antimicrobial eco-friendly materials for hygiene and protective products

This project aims to develop personal protection and hygiene products based on our discovered antiviral and antimicrobial materials. These materials are non-toxic and 100% bio-based and fully degradable.

Target deliverables include: 1) scalable production technology of odour-free, transparent, anti-viral and anti-microbial finishing agents; 2) an odour management system of the anti-viral and anti-microbial finishing agents; 3) optimisation and finishing process parameters for quality and scalable hygiene products.
