Development of Enterprise Sustainability on Cloud Application in Fashion Retails

SME fashion retailers have been troubled with inventory problems in logistic and replenishment while the introduction of IT application involves huge investment cost.

This project develops a B2B platform via Apps, Clouding & Industrial Engineering that help boost efficiency and sales. It provides the following functions, aided with training support to users:

1. making a new platform of co-ordination of real-time inventory management between stakeholders, retailers, forwarders, manufacturers, shop managers,

2. tracking

3. sales analysis manager

4. stock alerting based on previous historical performances (Economic Quantity Models & Sales Analysis Model)

5. relocation of stock between these stakeholders

6. on-line POS (most SME use only basic functions only) to connect with the above functions to enhance mobility.

It is expected that the project will boost efficiency and sales by lowering operation cost and speeding up product turn-over, coordination, and tracking.
