Trial: An Intelligent Decision Support System for Fashion Analytics in the Digital Era: An Integrating Visual and Text Analysis Approach

In this project, we would like to apply the system prototype to the domain of the government sector of Hong Kong - HKPF. The system utilizes an image & clothing recognition engine developed by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to perform analysis for identifying the people in similar clothes, who may have appeared in the area, or involved in the incidents. This project further aims to build the user case and methodology to prove that the developed system can be applied to a different domain, particularly for clothing recognition of suspects in the government sector of Hong Kong- HKPF.
