Development of an Innovative Finishing System for Wet Processing of Garments and Accessories
The aim of this project is to engineer and design of an innovative rotary type wet finishing machine with features that can give an effective circulation of the bath to permit an optimum liquor exchange between the substrate and the bath while at the same time keep the movement and agitation of the substrate under a controlled mode to minimize the disturbance of the substrate conditions.
This machine will be capable for garment dyeing, finishing of woolen type knitwear as well as sweater of complicated fibre composition.
1) For garment dyeing, the independent bath circulation to ensure a level dyeing without the need of increasing the rate of turning the garment, giving minimum disturbance of the conditions of the substrate, maintaining good shape retention of the garment.
2) Dyeing & Finishing of woolen sweaters, by controlling the material movement in the bath, the degree of milling of the sweaters can be controlled. The independent liquor circulation can provide evenness of treatment.
3) With the basic design principle, different versions can be engineered to meet a wide spectrum of processing requirements: Washing & finishing of denims, dyeing of accessories for garments such as collar, cuffs and tapes.
